Dropping clothes sizes is better for me than anything, even beats the scales. I've suffered all my life needing the bigger clothes and to move down feels amazing, like FINALLY.

Sent from my HTC 10 using BariatricPal mobile app

When I was younger I wore the smaller sizes and now I’m on my way back! I can’t wait!

oh yeah! I went from size 24 jeans to 18, and this morning, put on a 1x sweater. Last fall pre-op it was 3x. Feels good!

8 months out and I have gone from a size 18 jeans to a size 4. It is unreal. My fat brain keeps thinking that maybe they are making clothes bigger now. It is hard to wrap my head around sometimes....

I can relate, my fat brain thinks the same thing everyday!! I just had to order a large jacket yesterday because extra large is now way too big on me. I debated for two weeks to even order one. In the end, it all feels real good though!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
