I am the burp queen all of a sudden, doesn't matter what I eat or drink. Burp burp burp!

Me, too. I burp pretty much with any drink I have.

Hi all,
Thought I'd say hi. Sleeved on 12/18, so I'm on phase 2. I'm scared to introduce too much too quickly. So far, just tried yogurt, applesauce, and SF pudding. Finally got some unflavored Protein Powder, too! Anyone try it with mashed potatoes?
Also, sorry if this is TMI, but I've had nothing but loose stools for the last week or so (after being constipated at first, go figure!) Other than that, I've felt good!

I haven't, but I made some sweet potatoes with chicken Bone Broth, and blended them with spices, and it was like thicker baby food consistency. It was delicious! The sweet potatoes have lots of good Vitamins and bone both has 9 grams of protein per cup, so it worked well. I'm hoping to experiment with some other things like that this week. I steamed some butternut squash that I haven't used yet [emoji4].

I am one week post-op today! Yay, I made an entire week!! Anyways I haven’t been driving, but today I drove about 10 minutes away from home and got nauseous. I was wondering if anybody else feels this way when they drive? I go back to work tomorrow and I have about a 45 minute commute each way and I’m worried about getting sick 😩. Congrats to any other 12/26 sleevers!! We made an entire week!! I’ll admit at times I didn’t think I would, but we did!!

I too am back to work with a similar commute actually 2 hours in the evening. I did alright this morning however, I made some adjustments for my abdomen. (A makeshift roll so that the seat belt wouldn't rub me) also I took care to take one of the meds for nausea before I left. I am doing my best to get up and walk around a bit like every 45 mins if I am able to. My stomach is at a 6 - 7 painwise. I have my Water, Soup, and an applesauce squeeze pack, Protein for Breakfast. Wishing you all a great day!

Well I’m a teacher so standing up will definitely not be a problem lol. I have my nausea meds, I’m just worried about them making me tired :( and yes I plan to have all my meals ready to go, so I don’t mess anything up.

My doctor said 4 weeks off of work, but cleared me to go back after 7 days because I work at a sit down job in an office.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
