TLBC Bandsters!

Recommended Posts

I don't think there is going to be a Bash this October after all. I'm not sure what happened but it may have something to do with each place doing there own things and the Bash would really just be repetitive. I am disappointed cuz I wanted to hang out with you.:frown:

What do you mean "Nancy can't do fills anymore?"

Nancy can do fills but more than likely they won't do fills out of ON as a traveling nurse because she would have to get licensed in other provinces to do procedures there as a nurse... they might i don't know

i never said she wouldn't do fills....

Oh, I understood you to say Nancy can't do fills.....didn't know you meant outside Ont. Makes sense.

Donna D. I too would like to meet up with you. I am hoping to make an appointment with Dr. Yau to correct my flipped port. This time I will make sure the surgery will proceed before I fly out. I was hoping I could kill two birds with one stone and attend the TLBC conference if there is one.

Hippiemamma. Great, going to TLBC on June 4,5,6 to have my port turned to make easier access for my doctor out here.

How are you doing. You don't have a ticker are you going to get one?

holty: Congratulations and welcome to bandster land. Your journey is well on its way. I am not familiar with endura, but my experience has been to read what a serving is. If endura is a powder, it may say 2 tablespoons in a glass of Water. That means usually 2 T in 8 oz of water. If it is a liquid, it should say what a serving is on the label. I am sure someone else will have a better response, but for the time being, I suggest reading the label closely then follow up with a telephone call to your clinic/doctor. Good luck.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
