I know this is creepy but.....

Has anyone asked their surgeon if they would take a picture of their stomach after being removed? Just curious if anyone is as weird as me (according to my husband). Lol

    I asked the anesthesiologist to take a picture of the portion that was removed haha, he said it wasn't an uncommon request

    Me too. I couldn't watch it at first because for some reason it made me queasy knowing it was me in the video. I finally got through it and it is very cool to see exactly what the surgeon did.

    Did you have to ask them....are do they just do it every time ?

    I had my surgery with Dr. Illan in Mexico and he does it for all of his patients.
