Anyone Like To Dance!!!

Recommended Posts

I recently separated and since I have not been going to the gym because he use to take care of my kids for me to go now if its not one thing its another, the one thing I do like and do often is dance. I love to salsa dance I go at least once a week the only thing about it is I have a few drinks in between and I should'nt because of the calories. I notice that I get a buzz with 2 or 3 drinks does this ever happen to anyone?? I now the band has alot to do with it and also I don't eat much.

Hello Esmeralda

Many people report that they are now a "cheap date" after they are banded. Because of the small pouch the booze is thought to enter the blood stream quicker. And yes, not eating will make it hit even harder and faster!

Dancing is a great form of excersize!

I love to dance too! People probably don't like to watch me dance though. Remember Elaine from Seinfeld and how everyone hated for her to dance? That is like me! LOL

Even when I was a lot bigger I have always like it but now when I go I can dance all night, I don't get tired and I always meet new people. The funny thing is that when I was bigger I got alot more attention and danced alot more, my friend told me that maybe because I am smaller and she said that I look alot prettier than men get intimidated and think I am going to reject them how funny I never in my mind thought that I would make men feel like that.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
