To fast weight loss

I had my gastric sleeve on 11-8-2016 my starting weight was 223 my current weight is 156. I don't want to lose any more how do I stop losing???

Not sure if the date is august or November lol.
Increase the caloric intake by adding more fats or carbs ?.. ( I don't do the calorie thing but maybe it could help).
Add some crap food maybe ?

Unless you're a celebrity or athlete just go with what weight your body tells you to be. Eat normal.

Most patients that are having a normal recovery won't lose too much weight. Being female, your body might want to lose another 10-25lbs, or more, depending on your height.

But, if you want to stop losing, you need to increase your calories.. but not junk. Lean Proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates will get you there.

Are you having had time eating? Is that why you're losing too fast. There must be an underlying reason.
