Stalled 4 months out

Recommended Posts

Hey guys. I was sleeved on 10/6/16 at 284lbs. I'm currently 204/205 and have been stalled for like 2 weeks. I run 3 miles 5-6 days a week. Any advice on breaking this stall?? I want to get under 200!! Lol

To break my stall, I upped my calorie intake. I was actually eating ice cream and still losing weight.

I was sleeved a couple weeks before you and I'm just coming out of a month long stall. I don't know what caused the stall to break, but I will say that going shopping and buying clothes in a smaller size really helped my psyche...and the day after I did that, my stall broke.

(Shopping breaks stalls!!! LOLOL)

I've stalled a few times, its normal. My longest so far was right at 4 months! I stayed at 171 lbs for 3 weeks. Yet, my clothes were still getting looser. hang in there...your body is just adjusting!

Funny... I have the same surgery date (10/6) and I'm also stalled.
It's been two weeks. I have increased my Protein and will see what happens. I'm sure things will continue to move eventually so I'm waiting it out. After a 42lb weight loss I will not complain.

I broke an old stall like that. It didn't work this time though

So it must just be a normal point to stall. Hopefully it'll pass soon.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
