Omg wow.... I wasn't allowed any Protein or carbs for 2 weeks. Only Optifast it optislim and restricted veggies.

Thank you for this post I have pre op class the 28th and surgery on march 8th.I seen people doing this long liquid diet and I like is this a joke.

@shaylady08 I'm just relieved it's only 10 days! I've seen posts where people were on liquids for 2-3 weeks before surgery...I know 10 days won't be easy, but it'll be worth it I'm sure!!

Chicken and herb broth.
Afternoon anack- popsicle
Dinner- broth and jello
~30 mins later~
