If u are cooking for family or anyone else just purée some for you

Have you tried baby food sweet potatoes or meat and gravy are good but it is still puréed.

Yes I have that issue so I came home and used my miralax. Now I have added Metamucil to my miralax.

Hi my surgery was 6/12/17

I am 5'1" my weight is 182 lbs 18-20

I am having the same problem and I am a lot older

I had mine on June 9 th. I have to measure precisely. That is ok. I am going to start exerciseing now. I am a diabetic and I have given up my pump and I am doing shots when I need to but having some lows. I just had supper and my blood sugar is 87. Any ideas?

I am really struggling as well. However I am reminded that the Lord is sitting on my rightwaiting to take my frustration away. We do spend time together at night. I try to look for what we get to eat and ask the Lord to give me zeal so that I don't grumble.

Onetopmom my surgery is also scheduled for the 12th. As far as the liquid diet before surgery some Drs do it some don't. The food lists can vary too. I too have researched and I heard about the big book. I am curious if you think it was helpful? What kind of Liquids are on that diet? This site is a good one to learn from
