April 6, 20179 yr I am tentatively set up for May 1st. My last preop appointment is next Wednesday, so hopefully I am a go for then...
April 8, 20179 yr May 31. But my approval letter says rny and hernia repair. When I first spoke with my surgeon we were planning on gastric sleeve. I'm not sure if it's an insurance thing or due to my hiatal hernia that they approved me for rny. Any ideas?
