I was sleeved on 11/28/16, and am down 34lbs. I had a B12 shot the week before surgery, then the week after and the beginning of this month. I have one more in February, but it doesn't seem to be helping. I take all my Vitamins, and eat meat with high Protein. I'm doing everything I should, but I am constantly exhausted lately. I was wondering if anyone else has had or is having this same problem?

I'm going through this right now too, as well as headaches, and the dizziness that I was experiencing is getting better. While I loved Water before surgery I dont care for it as much now, it just leaves my stomach with a hollow cold feeling, but when I do have Water (hubby reminds me) and add Propel to it, I feel better. What about more fruits? Natural sugars? By chance are you experiencing a stall too Ive been on one for nearly 2 weeks, having had my procedure on Oct 5th 16. I hope you feel better soon! I do like wearing the B12 Patches, I notice a difference.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
