February Sleevers -- Let's Do This Together

  • Popular Post

I of course have many questions and would like for February Sleevers to join together for this adventure and life changing decisions we have made to better our health and lives. I think it would be awesome to find other February Sleevers to share our experiences good and bad.

I finally got cleared to have my sleeve done Feb 21st!

Yay! Congrats!
Starting pre-op diet today for surgery on the 22nd in Mexico. Prepped all my food last night. Had some vivid food dreams that freaked me out and made me believe I had cheated before I even began the diet! It's going to be a long 10 days of that keeps happening!

Date twins!! So excited! It's coming so fast!

Surgery is on Monday. Starting to get really nervous.

My surgery was 2/9. I lost 9.7#'s my first week post op. So far I've been very blessed in not having any side effects alot of people do. I haven't had buyers remorse. I have had head hunger. Overall my experience has been very pleasant. I expected the worse. I have a very low pain tolerance and nausea from anesthesia. I made both the surgeon and anesthesiologist aware of these issues. I was given proper pain meds and anti nausea meds. I start soft foods next friday. Hopefully nausea won't start then.

Well done iv just had mine done on Monday 13 th just getting my head around all the meds can't wait till I'm back fit and ready and all back to normal . Then the journey starts x hard to go to the loo tho x might have to try a laxative

Wow just had a right fight with my bowls don't want many more ov them sat on loo for a hour not good ?
