February Sleevers -- Let's Do This Together

  • Popular Post

I of course have many questions and would like for February Sleevers to join together for this adventure and life changing decisions we have made to better our health and lives. I think it would be awesome to find other February Sleevers to share our experiences good and bad.

Thx Joycey! Been getting up and walking pretty regularly. Getting a little sleepy now from the meds and from my roommate keeping me up snoring like a damn motorboat all night, lol

Had my surgery yesterday!! It all went great. Very sore today, but managing to walk and drink some water. All your experiences and advice helped me so much to be mentally prepared, I cannot thank you enough

Well done welcome to the club ? Soon as you feel good get up move about helps with gas and also gets blood moving around only when u feel ok to do so xx

I had surgery yesterday and was sent home today. So happy to be sleeping in my bed tonight. Water and soup broth are going down well. Making sure to keep up with my pain meds since my belly is sore/tender. Hope everyone else is doing just as well who had surgery this week!

I had surgery yesterday, and I'm on my way home now! Everything went really, really well, and I have very minimal pain. There's a lot of gas, and I'm keeping up with my stepping and my sipping, but overall, I feel wonderful! Much better than I thought I would for someone who just had 85% of their stomach cut out haha!!
