If you have facebook, check out Dr Duc Vuong, the Support Surgeon. He has great videos and support. He recommends drinking a green smoothie for breakfast, green leafy salad for lunch with protein. It worked for me. He has a few books as well. Good luck.

How are you doing?

Day 6 feeling very fatigued and have back pain. Mornings are horrible, i get in the shower and start feeling light headed and need help from my hubby to get out and sit down.
