Hi everyone! My names Liz. I'm 24 & I had my surgery done last Tuesday on Feb.21st. Today is my last day on my clear liquid diet.. I am so ready to add something new to the mix tomorrow I start the full liquid diet phase and I was hoping you guys could share some ideas and recipes with me for this week . if anyone has questions for me as well about my experience so far please feel free to ask ? Hi everyone ? I'm having my surgery done at 9am tomorrow... The day is finally hereee lol. I'm a bit nervous & I have a few questions. Hopefully someone can help Im curious on how the pain and feeling was when you first woke after surgery and I guess how did that day/night go? Another thing is I've been experiencing what I think is tension headaches the past 3 days and I'm wondering if its something I should be concerned about and let my surgeon know... Any and ALL advice is appreciated . Thanks so much . God bless

Heyyy all [emoji112] I finally got cleared to have my sleeve done Feb 21st!

Hii everyone I know its late but I just wanted to share . I am getting sleeved on Tuesdayy. I was super nervous about getting cleared by my PCP because I had to get my blood work done twice due to my white blood cell count being high the first time . but today I got the OKAY I'm so nervous and excited and so thankful to God because this has been such a long journey already with losing weight and knowing the road ahead only holds accomplished weight goals is such a surreal moment. To anyone who has surgery coming up and everyone else waiting for approval GOOD LUCK. & God Bless you all.

Hii Good morning everyone Today I'm going to my last cardiologist appointment to finalize on getting clearance . (2nd appt) I am doing a excersize stress test. Hoping all goes well. My last appt with my surgeon before surgery is tomorrow as well ... I've always known what I was signing up for but reality is heavily setting in these past few days lol nerves maybe ? .. How's everyone doing in their process so far ? Have a awesome day guys!

Hi everyone! Just curious on how soon after surgery were some of you able to begin driving again ? I'm currently at stay at home mom but I do a lot of driving on a day to day basis. Having my surgery in 1 week. ">

Hi everyone! I'm having my surgery on the 21st. Still have to get cleared by cardiologist and PCP . my surgeon did not put me on a pre- op diet however.. Just told me to remain on current diet. I feel like I want to put myself on one since this is 1 week to surgery date. Congrats to Everyone I wish you all the best on our new journey ! Hi everyone! ... This is my first post to our community ever. I didn't think I'd be doing this but it feels good to have others to turn to when curiosity comes.. Anyways im scheduled for surgery 02/21/17 I have my final appt. With my surgeon on 02/13/17 ... I've saw many ppl start their liquid diet 2 weeks prior because that's when they were told by surgeon however I meet with mine 1 week prior... I'm considering just starting it myself at least 2 weeks prior to my surgery... Any thoughts/suggestions ? All is greatly appreciated ????????
