  13. Yes , for the last week I've been waking extra early. According to my Fitbit I've been getting around 5 hours of sleep, a few days I've been able to go back to sleep for a few hours or if I'm off from work I've been able to take a nap that lasted about 1 hour. I plan to see my primary dr to discuss my sleeping habits .
  14. I have the mirena also and just got off the heaviest period of my adult life [emoji58]. And I'm (41), Im supposed to have it removed by august, but now I'm nervous from hearing on here that it hurts like hell to remove it.
  15. Looking good girl, keep it up.
