  3. Greeting Sleeve Family I'm wondering is anyone else experiencing slow weight loss. It took me a long time to consider wls because I was successful in losing 70lbs myself just by eating right and a great workout routine. I hit a plateau and begin to struggle. Now I'm super exhausted and this impacts my workout because I'm always tired. Just wondering if anyone else is always tired. My doc said 1st 6mos is when to expect greatest weight loss. Just wondering on average what were you losing weekly. Sent from my Z981 using BariatricPal mobile app

  11. Thank you for this response it was very helpful. I lead a very active lifestyle prior to surgery and will continue my lifestyle. I was in debate about the surgery because I was successful on my own with just working out and eating correctly but I was still at a high bmi so I moved forward with the surgery. I have excellent control but was worried if the popcorn had bad effects on the sleeve Sent from my Z981 using BariatricPal mobile app

I was 330 and went to 240 on my own before considering surgery I kept a strong workout routine and eat food in moderation, however I do like popcorn and it was my snack choice I didn't do sweets cookies cake pop and I didn't even eat meat so I just wanted to know if it's been ok for people Sent from my Z981 using BariatricPal mobile app

  24. I was sleeved 4/27 and I feel sore still especially when I need to turn while sleeping. Turning over is tender. I have been having headaches figure not enough fluids but working on my intake. Is anyone else having soreness when they turn over or any headaches? Sent from my Z981 using BariatricPal mobile app

  30. After reading everything I think we will be okay. Please let us know how things go..I had those same feelings I wad 340 and on my own. Came down to 240 and ended up getting hurt and gained about 25 back and just can't get the weight off. I was feeling anxiety like I can do this but I realize I am making a better choice to do this surgery for me and my little ones.
  31. Did you do your shopping for stuff in advance or as you go. Glad your doing well. So do you sip your drinks? How long does it take to drink something down
