  3. Hi guys I'm 9 weeks post opt and exercise has been a struggle I don't eat a lot one or two meals a day. Plus protein milk and protein powder to get in my protein a day. But I have no energy to work out and when I do I get dizzy. I haven't worked out in two weeks, I'm still losing weight but I know I need to do more but just can't. Any advice? 4. Only thing I have had from there at 9 weeks post opt is 3 nuggets and a mango pineapple smoothie. And not together, it was just something to grab while I was out and about I can live without the nuggets but that smoothie is hard to let go of. I think once in a while it's ok to have what you want in order to be realistic about this you have to live normal. I make better choices most of the time and I don't really crave fast food or junk food. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  17. Thank you all for your responses, I weigh myself every 2 days to see if I lost or if I'm in a stall. One reason I'm obsessed. I guess I'm afraid the weight loss will stop for me sooner than others. I'm afraid of gaining. I follow everything to the letter and try to do some physical activity everyday. I've been so focused on getting down to have my life back and I'm scared it's going to stop before I feel whole again. I know it's not going to happen overnight. I'm just afraid it's gonna stop before I reach my goal, and I'll be back at square one. That why I'm obsessed not with the scale but everything diet, exercise, measurements and studying how to break stalls. I'm one of those people who feel it's not gonna work for me! I know it's crazy but it's my mind telling me I'm going to fail. I'm glad I have this platform to express myself without being judged for my feelings. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  18. I'm not expecting change overnight, I've just become obsessed with making sure I give it my all. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  19. Anyone else watching the days go by? I'm 4 weeks post opt and I feel like I'm watch paint dry! I try not obsess about my progress but I can't help it. It's like I wanna wake up in six months and be like I made it! I'm scared my weight loss will stop if I don't obsess over it. How do you all cope??? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  20. I did better today I only ate once today but I got in my milk, unflavored protein and another protein shake today and hit 90 grams of protein today. I'll try to get everything down and track, I think I'm putting to much pressure on myself to eat food. Mainly because I'm back in the gym Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
