I am also scheduled for July 3. Day 1 was not bad at all

I am starting my to week pre op diet tomorrow. I am excited and at the same time nervous about it. Is there anyone else starting tomorrow? Any advise or suggestions?

What should I order ahead of time? What should I bring to the hospital?

Loveeeeee it. I have been a member for the last two years and that will be my main form of exercise post surgery

My program was 3 months. I finished mid May and it took exactly two weeks to get my approval. My coordinator will call me on Tuesday to schedule. The insurance has July 24 as the date but I think it might be before that.
