I was a 38G before the gastric sleeve After 55lb loss I went down to a 38 DDD. Just had reduction/lift 5 days ago and so far very pleased. Still a lot of swelling, minimal pain. I had Lipo on my stomach too. I was told to ask for a reduction instead of a lift because a lift is included with a reduction. I think if you have smaller breast then request a lift since a reduction may not be needed. If these pics are against the rules please let me know.

I’m definitely going to have a reduction. Since my loss (55lbs) my body is shaped like the letter ‘P’. I’m a 38 DDD
