I really love the muscle milk pro series. They're pretty adorable they taste great and have 32g protein in an 11 oz serving with only 1g sugar and 160 calories. Did I mention they were delicious the vanilla flavor literally tastes like a milkshake.

Premier Protien shakes (vanilla & chocolate) are what I have been drinking since day preop & they are good plus at times I mix in my favorite fresh fruit to the vanilla like banana, papaya, strawberries, or even blueberries [emoji4] or I add powder peanut butter to the chocolate [emoji6]
