What are some good protein shakes I can buy from the store? Something that isn't full of sugar and doesn't taste like ass [emoji28]

That sounds yummy. I have to try that one. I've never seen or heard of it. Do you buy in the store or online?

I like the Premier but I have to stay away from milk products as much as possible. I am using Genepro that I order from amazon and coconut yogurt. Pretty darn good. 30g of protein.

Premier chocolate shakes are the only ones I've ever been able to tolerate.

I'm pretty much sick of protein shakes, although I suppose Premier chocolate is less heinous than many of them. Too sweet . . . I prefer Atkins Lift protein water (20 g per bottle), as it also counts as water. It comes in citrus flavors. And I'm currently out *sob* of it.

I like the Atkins Shakes. I haven't had a flavor that I don't like yet.

I've had them all, my favorite is Slimfast Advanced Nutrition. Not to be confused with their regular Slimfast shakes which are full of sugar!
