Yes , for the last week I've been waking extra early. According to my Fitbit I've been getting around 5 hours of sleep, a few days I've been able to go back to sleep for a few hours or if I'm off from work I've been able to take a nap that lasted about 1 hour. I plan to see my primary dr to discuss my sleeping habits .

I can't sleep before 2am it seems. I'm about 3 weeks post op and I've probably only gotten 3 days of sleep since surgery without the aid of some kind of medication. I sleep long enough if I do eventually fall asleep but nope, can't fall asleep. Any advice? I wanna go back to being able to sleep by just thinking of sleep.
