Yeah the strawberry isn't that great... I still have half a case of them to choke down. My pouch tolerates it fine but the taste leaves much to be desired.

Great. My mother drinks the premier just for the heck if it and recommended it. I saw it at Walmart and it seemed reasonably priced. My husband drinks muscles milk which also had a 20g version. Has anyone tried the strawberries and cream? I saw it said improved taste on the box so I was wondering how awful it was beforehand. Lol.

I'm like you. I have artificial sweeteners. GNC has a shake called lean shake. That is the only one I've been able to tolerate

I can tolerate the vanilla Premier Protein shakes, but my favorite are the chocolate. I don't do strawberry. I am curious to try the caramel ones I have just heard about.

Biochem makes a great Protein Powder that has no artificial sweeteners in it. The sugar count is at 6 g so be aware so may dump on it, some won't. It does contain stevia though, but it's not as strong as it is in other Protein Shakes I've had.

I saw those at Walmart this week. They were available as singles. I also saw my local target had several smaller packets of powder by the pharmacy. Vegan options mostly.

I don't do Vegan.

They're too gamey.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
