I'm staying on plan tomorrow ( ) because I want my butt to look even better than it already does after losing 75 lbs!!!

Yeah, it was pretty awful. And Christmas promises to be exactly the same. How very depressing.

There is no law that states you must spend your holidays with your family...Would you be able to spend them wth a girlfriend or your dh's family?? (assuming you have a dh!)

If it doesn't work for you...don't do it. life is too short to get stuck with those who don't wow you!

I am staying on plan today because I didn't yesterday. Thank goodness I am scheduled for a fill on Monday-I am way too loose!:think
