Other than drinks/soup, what do you mix your Genepro into?

Recommended Posts

I put GENEPRO into my Decaf coffee. I know it mixes well in Soups.

I have put GENEPRO in my hummus, yogurt. it mixes pretty well. I'm still in the soft stage food, but really need to keep my Protein in.

Can you mix it into recipes that you cook? I know it says never to microwave. I had made these ricotta puffs in muffin tins and while I reheated one, After reheating i did mix maybe half a serving of genepro into the center. So far I'm not sure on the whole cooking with it.

Would love to hear other ideas.

I mix it into anything/everything that's mixable: pudding, oatmeal, applesauce, sour cream, mascarpone, ricotta, dressings, dips, drinks, smoothies, sauces. If I'm putting it in a warm/hot food, I put it in after the food is cooked or heated up. Use a fork to stir it into liquids, and add it in small amounts to incorporate it more easily.

We just started carrying GENEPRO in the BariatricPal Store. It's the 2nd generation version which is supposedly more efficient than the first.

Any way you can start carrying the Protein2O ready to drink? Tons of people can't find in their local stores. Their toll free number is

I was just at their offices - turns out they are near me- and what a wonderful company!!!

Very committed to producing a good- tasting, pure, low cal drink. May be worth a phone call? I think the people here would benefit from the addition of a Protein drink that is lighter than a shake and who have a hard time locating it.

We don't really carry these because it costs way too much to ship actual liquid and our customers aren't interested in paying high shipping fees.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
