I relied heavily on those sugar-free syrups back when i was drinking Protein shakes! Definitely recommend them for some variety!

Be careful with that Torani Syrup -- that particular bottle is not sugar free and a couple tablespoons will add over 80 calories and 20 carbs to your Protein Shakes. Other folks may want to stick with the sugar free version of that syrup.

Lol I only used a top full and a teaspoon

I am enjoying this liquid diet... I am trying different concoctions to the liking of my taste. Everyone have a good night ;)

I put vanilla and orange in a vanilla cream Protein Shake. Tastes like a creamsicle. The I liked the irish cream and coffee flavor together. strawberry & vanilla... Caremel and coffee... there are a lot of good combos!

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
