Hey friends!

One year ago I started my journey to health & fitness. I began at 504 lbs., and currently weigh 232 lbs. I've lost 272 lbs this year. I'm going to Celebrate with some plastic surgery in the coming months.

I live outside of KC, MO. My surgeon was/is tremendous, and this forum has been also been so inspiring.

I've gained insight and perspective as you've shared your journeys with me...so, I thought I'd share back! :-)

All the best to each of you!

Daniel

Thank you, Tingting.

My Bariatric surgeon said in his 14-year practice, he's only had a few patients lose the same weight, but no one in the time frame. So that felt nice to hear.

I gradually introduced swimming and walking. At my 6 months checkup I had lost about 180 lbs. he thought I might only lose another 30-40 lbs (by my one year checkup). I wasn't great with that so yes, I did switch my exercise routine to daily. I got up to 4.66 miles a day. It took me an hour to complete the 4.66 miles.

I had a body lift Wednesday and weighed in at 225 so 279 lbs. in 12.5 months.

On aside note I had a flebectomy performed on each leg back in July, so I haven't exercised the way I used to-but once I'm able to, I want to get back to something like what I did before.

That's, my story, lol.

My best to you,

Daniel
