  4. Starting day 6 of my 2 week liquid diet. Not really hungry...just really emotional and weepy...I assume this is normal. Plus my head keeps playing games telling me you know you want a juicy cheeseburger or pizza one LAST time!! It's horrible!! Try to distract myself and I end up going to bed early and tell myself I will cheat tomorrow just to silence the thoughts in my head!! Mind games start in evening cuz i do fine during the day.   11. My PCP is against wls also. I feel bad cuz i really liked him and haven't been back to see him for 3 months. I would've liked his support but can't get it. He never helped me with any weight loss either. I just can't take it anymore so I'm sticking with my wls team at Cleveland Clinic. And after surgery might go back to see him and if I don't feel right I will look for a new PCP who's more wls friendly. Sent from my SM-G530T using the BariatricPal App

  22. Thanks for the replies because was not sure why sooo many seem to be going thru what they were calling hormonal changes. Glad I'm still in therapy to address issues popping up post op when they happen. Just trying to prepare myself ahead of time on what to expect.   23. I have read about people (younger ones) experience mood swings because hormones are going crazy after surgery. Did any of you experience this or are we ok cuz of menopause? Sent from my SM-G730V using the BariatricPal App

  25. You can find therapist that deal w eating disorders...check w mental health facilities in your area to see if they can recommend some. What's more important your health or pizza?
