  8. @teedsg, Thank you! The honeymoon phase ended for me 6 months post-op, and some of my bad habits wanted to creep back in. Be sure to take advantage of those first 6 months where you have the most restriction and rarely get hungry. I've slipped a few times, but still have managed to stay on track by following the program. Stay away from slider foods because you will not feel any restriction when you eat them. I can eat 5 chocolate chip cookies if I wanted to, but can only eat 1 egg. Just make smart choices every day. I'm starting to get a lot of compliments/made fun of less and less in public, shopping for clothes is a lot of fun - All of this is giving me the drive to finish this.
