Sleeved Tuesday 7/5, pooped Friday 7/8 but it was very hard to do. I don't recommend it lol

Try a 1/2 dose Milk of Magnesia before bed. But don't forget to drink Water after you take it! Bottle recommends 8oz but drink as much as you can in the hours following the dose!

I was sleeved 7/5 and nope, not a thing, and I'm sure it's not helping my new stomach! They prescribed Miralax which has never worked for me. I'm going to ask tomorrow about trying Milk of Magnesia which always does the trick!

Call your surgeon's office and they will recommend something for you to take....mine was Ducalax. It's always best to check with your surgeon's office before taking something....it's been too long for you so you need to get it "taken care of"

Good luck!

Lots of Water and whatever your surgeon prescribes you to take . Everyone is different on what works . But Water is the same for all of us. As much water as you can take in

I was sleeved 6/27 and I finally pooped 7/1. I was allowed to take miralax, and I only took that once. Walking really helped me get things moving

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
