Sleeved Tuesday 7/5, pooped Friday 7/8 but it was very hard to do. I don't recommend it lol

Try a 1/2 dose Milk of Magnesia before bed. But don't forget to drink water after you take it! Bottle recommends 8oz but drink as much as you can in the hours following the dose!

I was sleeved 7/5 and nope, not a thing, and I'm sure it's not helping my new stomach! They prescribed Miralax which has never worked for me. I'm going to ask tomorrow about trying Milk of Magnesia which always does the trick!

Call your surgeon's office and they will recommend something for you to take....mine was Ducalax. It's always best to check with your surgeon's office before taking something....it's been too long for you so you need to get it "taken care of"

Good luck!

Lots of Water and whatever your surgeon prescribes you to take . Everyone is different on what works . But water is the same for all of us. As much water as you can take in

it took 6 days for me to poop. i had to take miralax to help. :/

I was sleeved 6/27 and I finally pooped 7/1. I was allowed to take miralax, and I only took that once. Walking really helped me get things moving
