Good luck to everyone here. This challenge is going so much faster than I thought that it would, and starting it with a stall drove me crazy, but I know if I just keep to the plan I will move past my stalls. Plus moving too fast is not that good for us anyway right?

Keep up the good work everyone.

Stats for the Week of June 13th

Well done for another week! We had quite a few new additions to the challenge and dropped about 6 non-responders. Sorry for the delay in posting – I was holding out for some missing values :)

  • We have 112 People Participating
  • 12 participants who I carried over the previous week's weight (which may skew the results a bit)
  • A big shout out to @@cbrr and @Bellcurves who both were on vacation and still lost weight!
  • We are collectively down 347.3 pounds (157.5.20 kgs) - That is 180.0 lbs from last week!
  • To date, as a group we lost 1.49% of our overall weight and 0.78% from last week
  • The highest percentages of weight lost from last week to this week that really kicked their weight loss goal’s butt are:
  1. @@krae_98 6.53%
  2. @@Shanni1269 4.63%
  3. @@BCs 1000 with 3.91%
  • The highest percentages of weight lost overall that should be commended are:
  1. @Sleeve it to Beaver with 7.86%
  2. @leag78 with 5.96%
  3. @@dede0314 with 4.51%

  • A few people are VERY close to their 6 Week Goal and we should see some announcements for that next week – so stay tuned! (Extra motivation waves are being sent to @@BCs 1000, @@krae_98 and @@Yoga-lady as they go for the weight loss gold and blow their goals out of the water!)

Keep up the good work everyone! We are 1,482.2 pounds away from our collective goal!

Have a great and healthy week!

Today's weight is 153!

Did NOT think I'd surpass my goal this quickly, but I'm happy! I'm setting a secondary goal of 149

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
