  2. Count me in. I'm almost 9 months post op and stalled right at BMI of 30 - I want to get back in and cross over from obese to overweight. Current weight 174.8. I'd like to lose 10 pounds during the challenge. Going back to premier shakes for breakfast. Not sure about other meals yet. Very uninspired by all things low carb.   14. Everything made me want to puke for about a week after surgery. Zofran was a life saver for me - do you have any? In the early days the best I could do for Protein some days was fairlife milk. But again only with zofran in my system. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  15. What I could tolerate pre-op and post-op were different. Pre-op I could tolerate Syntrax nectar, premier Protein strawberry, and isopure. Post op all I have been able to tolerate is chocolate Premier Protein. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  23. I have a similar job. I had surgery on Monday and took that week off. Worked from home the next week, probably about 50% productive. Returned to work the following Monday exactly 2 weeks after surgery. I was a little more tired than usual but did fine. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
