i think i am going to be fine post op because i should be able to tolerate just an oz at a time but I'm most worried about the pre op diet. my surgeon requires 1-2 weeks doing a modified diet (2 shakes, 2 Protein Bars or crisps and one meal that is high protein high in veggies and low fat low carbs.) then a week on Protein Shakes only. its the week only on protein shakes that i am worried about. i think ill be able to tolerate the modified diet but only the shakes.... thats another story. i don't know if ill even be able to tolerate that much Isopure
it leaves a weird film in your mouth. help i don't know what to do!
