Oh damn I see. Well what about having your doctor hold off a month from submitting it. That will give you time to lose the weight you gained. I know it sounds crazy but the time is going to flyby and all of a sudden bam, it's going to be time for surgery. Take this time to do all the things that you will not be able to do after your surgery. You'll be on a liquid diet for at least one week before two weeks after then soft mushy diet after. And you're going be really tired for the first four weeks or so, your energy level might be low. So if you have the money take it and do some fun things for yourself and your family because when you have the surgery your life will have a lifestyle change. From the way you sound I know it's gonna be a good one, but it will be one. So, just enjoy this time and do some of the things that your not going to be able to do for awhile. The psych eval was probably required by your doctor or hospital but it's not required by tri-care. I know it seems so far away but it will happen. Take this time and spend it doing the things you will not be doing after surgery for awhile. Your going to be tired more and your energy will be lower. You'll get there! I haven't looked into the muscle milk, but see it everywhere. Is it whey Protein? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App It also comes in 40 grams. It's crazy I found it at the gas stations it seems like every gas station or a king super or grocery store has this product and I have to say the bananas super yummy I mean good. I realize there's a lot of junk more dramatic things online then in reality. I was scared to but it was just an easy process. Yippie everything went perfect you have a little gas pains under your left breast. To get rid of the pain, you just got to walk and get the gas out. fart fart and fart and you're going to be great and always make sure they give you good meds. Tricare does not care how much weight you lost or if you lose any at all. They also do not require a psychological evaluation. I did not want to pay the $288 that my gastric bypass surgery required for their classes ( I went to one and it was ridiculous I learn more from weight watchers) so they gave me the paperwork and I just took it to my doctor and we filled it out monthly, paid my $20 co-pay every month without skipping a month and brought the paperwork back to my gastric bypass surgeon when my months were over and they processed it.
