  1. Really? Interesting and good to know! Right now I'm averaging about 3 bottles of Water a day. Is that enough? Or should I be getting in 4?

  4. Hey guys, thanks for the help! For the last week I've been doing everything perfectly! Getting in all my Protein, all my Water and exercising and I lost 6 pounds so far! So happy to be losing again! Thanks again everyone!
  5. Unfortunately, I don't like any of the things you can add to water. I just have to drink it straight up
  6. Will do. Yeah, I actually wasn't drinking water because I hate it, and was drinking 2% milk.
  7. No fucking kidding, really?? Wow, I don't feel so bad then! But wait, IS it normal that I'm stalling for this long this soon out from surgery?

  9. How long were you stalled? Glad you're not anymore!
  10. I don't know what to do! It's been over a month and the scale isn't moving! Actually, it's gonna UP a couple of pounds! My question is, is it NORMAL to be at a stall for THIS long??

  19. I'm almost 5 weeks post surgery and I still haven't hit a stall yet. I thought it was supposed to happen at 3 weeks. I know it's weird to want to stall but now I'm afraid I'll lose too fast and end up getting gallstones. Any incite on this?

  22. Yeah, I know I chewed it well enough but the bites were just too big. Well, I know better for next time =)
  23. It was horrible! I'm 3 weeks out and had fish. I chewed each bite very carefully and for like 35 to 40 times but the bites were too BIG! Thankfully I threw it all up and all the PAIN and discomfort went away. Oh, my god, it was so horrible! And let me tell you, FISH is THE worst thing you could throw up! ugh! I will never make this mistake again! Only tiny ass bites for me!
  24. 196 and 186! I meant 296 and 286!!! lol! Sorry
  25. When I hit the stall is when I'm gonna break out my tape measure and see how much I've lost in inches! =D
  26. Right? Well, I didn't really realise how much I used it as a coping mechanism until I didn't have it anymore. Like you said, I want what I normally wouldn't even eat! Not good! But I love your mindset! You're so right!
