    I stalled early too. Every body is different. I do think ppl w lower starting weights lose more slowly. I do think I lost some inches during the time of the stall - my clothes got bigger on me.     Not everyone feels restrictions right away. I didn't. The nerves in your stomach have to heal. So, stick w your Dr's guidelines. The restrictions - which are helpful in gaining self control - will come. Also the volume and texture of the wrong foods can apparently damage the pouch. So be patient and follow the rules.
