  2. So i had surgery on 10/4/16 and have already lost 103 lbs. im psyched i really am. Here is the problem. I hate eating. Eating makes me so nervous because when i eat it feels so uncomfortable going down. Like it hurts going down. I take small bites and chew chew chew. Dont drink with food. It sucks. My nutritionist says its my esophagus. That i should focus on some kind of eating. The only way it doesnt bother me is when i stand up and eat or walk and eat. Try having family dinner standing up at the table. Awkward!!! Please help. This is the only bad thing that i have experienced so far. Other than that im extremely pleased. 4. I had surgery on 10/4. Im on stage 3 and hopefully moving to stage 4 next week. I have had 6 different Protein shakes and they all make me nauseous. My taste buds make me hate Water. Its like they are adding a weird taste to it. Anyone else feel like this? Im happy about my results but stage 3 is rough. Even the Protein Shakes i cant stand anymore and i tried Isopure and it made me throw up. Any words of advice or suggestions? Do my taste buds go back to normal? 6. Im not able to get my Protein shakes down. They make me so uncomfortable. Im 8 days post op and im not able to meet my goal. Dr told me yesterday i need to get at least partial to pass me to the next stage. I take a sip and i have a discomfort and then i have to raise my arms. Then i wait 10 min to drink again and then it happens all over. Adding the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury powder only makes it thicker and worse...any suggestions?
