Take miralax it works and has no tummy cramps. In about 2 weeks I was able to get around better although I was weak. Drink water even if it's a sip you maybe dehydrated as well. Walking helps. Feel better Sent from my SM-G900T using the BariatricPal App

Yep that's me sleeved 8/8 been stuck for 3 weeks now. I'm working out ,eating right, drinking my portein, and taking my supplements. Yes my doctor moved to another state abs I had to wait for them to hire a new doctor enjoy then had a baby at the end of the month once she was hired. So I was delayed 3 months then got scheduled only to find out I had kidney cancer. 5 months later I was sleeved. Hang in there eveything happens for a reason be patient.
