Do you have specific questions?

What are you challenges?

The best advice I can give is to:

Follow your program.

Track your food.

Make sure you drink at least 64 oz Fluid a day.

Make sure you reach your Protein target daily.

Avoid added sugars (especially high fructose corn syrup), starches, and fried foods.

Practice eating mindfully: eat slowly, take small bites, and chew thoroughly.

Take your Vitamins and supplements as directed.

Exercise.

Stay off the scale.
