Im so afraid of gaining weight. And I throw up everyday also

2 months out and always hungry plus hit a small stall. I throw up solids and my Doctor told me to contact my surgeon. Anyone else afraid of stretching their stomach so sokn? Can it happen? So soon*

Dr. Said you can go up to 2 weeks without the multi and a 1 month without the calcium. I take Bariatric Advantage. It takes me like an hour to chew it up and.swallow little by little.

If you are so exhausted, you need to rest. My surgeon said that lack of protein causes fatigue. If youre not getting all yoir liquids in, dont exercise too much.

Dr. Says theres a flavorless one you can sprinkle in your food. Im gonna try it
