Excercise 4 weeks post op

Hi. How often & how intensely are you working out? I'm excited to get my butt moving but I'm so exhausted. Is 3 times a week truly enough exercise? Are the HUGE SUCCESS stories on here a result of non stop working out?

the most change will come from diet. I love walking! and I walk most every day - but if you are exhausted you need to balance that with listening to your body and rest.

the huge success stories we see here are from following their own eating plan. some work out, some walk, some run, some do no real exercise.

No, if the huge successes here came from non-stop working out, we wouldn't need surgery. Food issues are what got us fat and fixing those food issues is what will make us healthy.
