I use Vega One. It is nice because it doesn't eel gritty after mixing it. I have only tried the vanilla and mocha. Both are tasty.

I just buy the Premier Protein shakes from costco or Sams club. They are really good and have 30 g Protein for each one. No mixing or mess making. Just shake and drink. They are more expensive at other places though.

What pre made ones were you using?

Coco Libre Protein Coconut Water in chocolate, Vanilla, coffee and Almond. It looks like a juice box. They're on the shelf at Sprouts. Put it in the fridge, shake it up....sooooo good.

One that I loved. Add 1 tbs PB2 mixed with a chocolate premiere Rtd shake... Chocolate Peanut Butter [emoji7]. I also add 1/2 of a banana sometimes then mix it in my ninja.

I mix vanilla Protein powder with a GNC chocolate Protein shake and coconut Water. I can only get so much down (try to make it watery) since I'm only 1 week post op but it's really good

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
