  2. I snipped it and it's already healing:) and yeah it looks horrible because it kept scanning and falling off and there would be a hole and it would scab even bigger! Gonna by some scar away like suggested above

  8. I'm at 30 lbs lost and have hit a stall
  9. Before I say anything I am gonna call my doctor in the morning but just curious if anyone had this happen ? I was sleeved 3/30 and my largest incision ( to my left of my belly button) hasn't been healing on one side ... It'd scab and fall off and rescab ect. Well I finally had a good look at it and there's a STRING coming out of my incision. I thought they would have used dissolvable. And it's just now poking out.. It wasn't there a couple weeks ago. (It only popped out after my last scab fell off but it's still attached to it ) pic for clarity

  14. Thank y'all! I feel a lot better now
  15. I was sleeved 3/30 and about a week or two after surgery I was miserable and definitely regretted the surgery. I let myself get dehydrated which caused a lot of pain and nausea and then caused some pretty bad constipation. I started slowing down and taking care of myself and now I feel fine . Things have started clearing up in the past week and no more nausea . I'm still slacking in the energy but wasn't taking my vitamins like I was suppose to do I'm sure once they've been in my system for awhile things will be fine It does get better hang in there . Let me know if you want to talk privately
  16. Yeah I get that same feeling with heavy meats . I would stick with chicken fish and or shrimp right now . I'm sorry your sleeve didn't like pork !
  17. Sleeved 3/30 and I believe I'm in my first stall. I started at 235 my pre op diet and now I'm 209 I'm getting discouraged because I'm afraid I'm failing and I'm not going to lose the weight . Everyone keeps saying to hold on that it'll happen . I guess I'm just anxious and wanting it to continue to drop. Any ideas on getting out of a stall this soon after ?
  18. Congratulations ! That's amazing
  19. I'm going to take a fiber supplement to help but was able to go some after this post which relieved some of my stomach cramps . But I got on the scale and gained 6 lbs!!! What's the deal? Could that be from my constipation ?

  22. I also want to try them but haven't but you can make your own protein bar/balls at home . I did and I love them. They're almost like a dessert/treat. You Pinterest energy bites and a bunch of recipes will come up
  23. I haven't made it to 64 oz a day but I'm in the guidelines I got from Doctor/nutritionist . I had a case where I did get dehydrated and was pretty sick but when I figured out it was dehydration I've been sticking to my water religiously . But it seems it's been since then that I was able to go. I hope I'm not ... What's the word... Impacted ?
