Sleeved 3/30 and I believe I'm in my first stall. I started at 235 my pre op diet and now I'm 209
I'm getting discouraged because I'm afraid I'm failing and I'm not going to lose the weight . Everyone keeps saying to hold on that it'll happen . I guess I'm just anxious and wanting it to continue to drop. Any ideas on getting out of a stall this soon after ?
