I weigh myself daily, in the morning, totally naked, after I pee, and if I don't like that number, I weigh myself on the other scale, which is always 4 lbs lighter. Its silly, I know, but keeps me from getting discouraged.

I weigh myself daily and find it helps keep me on track. I don't get to stressed out by day to day fluctuations in my weight, but certainly have a buffer zone of about 3 lbs. If I go above that I know it's time to buckle down and get back on track.

I weigh myself pretty much daily. I had a spell where I bounced around the same 1-2 lbs, up/down, up/down, up/down and I wasn't too freaked out by it. I'm now back on a downward trend, which is great! I'm going to try to go weekly, but I doubt I'll be able to make it. I bet I breakdown and peak at the scale by the weekend. Once I get to goal I can see myself weighing daily for accountability.

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
