Submitted my paperwork with my surgeon and it is being sent off to my insurance. They gave me a tentative date for 4/20 at 7 AM!!! Both my pre-op appt and hospital registration appointments are set too. Totally stoked and excited and nervous!

Any one else having their surgery and/or tentatively scheduled your sleeve surgery for around 4/20ish? Would love to hear from ya, if so!

I was submitted in Thursday evening, approved on Monday but the surgery schedule says I'll get to u when I get through the stack of papers on my desk! Aggravation 101!!!!

I am doing my sleep study tonight. This is the last requirement and I'm hoping my papers can get submitted by the end of the week. Hoping for an April surgery date.

So excited, the sleep study had a cancellation and I got my appt a month early. Yay!

My first appt was Feb. 17. So it's moving fast.

I tried to do the liquid diet once because my surgery date was originally in March. I wasn't off birth control in time so they postponed my surgery. I did 2 days before I found out my surgery date changed. I was so sick the two days that I'm petrified to do it again

That sounds rough. Are you allowed any solid food at all. I am at dinner time I just have a Protein shake for Breakfast and lunch

I am - but I read the guidelines wrong and thought I wasn't. I also had severe lack of caffeine headaches. I've taken the extra time to ween myself off coffee I've also stuck with the shakes for breakfast to make it easier
