There is a a soy Protein called textured vegetable protein of TVP for short. You can buy it at bulk barn. You add Water or broth to it and it soaks it up and looks like ground beef. I take it and love it. It gives you energy and I lost weight when I started taking them too. Only thing I can say if you start taking them is take it in the morning or you'll have trouble sleeping (seriously gives you energy) Sent from my SM-G903W using the BariatricPal App
