It's never too late

Recommended Posts

I watched this a minute ago and it just hit home. Didn't know where to post it but it's what we are all doing. We are changing our "not".

What a GREAT project.... gets me thinking about my regrets. But also - now that I have "do over", I am turning it around and making my regrets my goals and plans...

Run 5 k - did it!!!

Climb HalfDome at Yosemite - plan is this June.

Have a hiking vacation instead of a sit by the pool vacation.

What are your plans now??

Thanks for posting this. It really hit home. Funny how the biggest regrets were for actions not taken!.

I have been so focused on being able to do things for my Son's senior year, I have kind of stopped there.

Today I would have to say law school. I am thinking of going to law school. Yikes.

I love this .... does make you think twice about all the things we missed out on or didn't do because of our weight ...

I'm all for the new stuff ... the new experiences ... and living a life without "not" ... :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
